I can’t believe it’s been over 7 months since we last posted on the blog.
Here’s the scoop on Sonic Reply…
We had to pause development for a period of time to add some new features to our flagship product (MemberSonic) and begin development of a new SAAS that will, quite frankly… rock the Facebook world.
But here is the good news…
Sonic Reply is back in the saddle and our Mad Scientist (a.k.a. Alex) is busy finishing the cool dashboard metrics that will make this support desk product stand out from the crowd.
We will be releasing it in June 2014.
