Alex has been working like a mad man over the past 3 weeks and Sonic Reply is ready to be rolled out for beta testing on our support site. That should allow us to flush out any issues/bugs and identify possible improvements prior to releasing it to our beta users.
After that it will be ready for release to the public. 🙂
