I haven’t been this excited about a product since we released MemberSonic!
Our lead programmer Alex Leonard has created a masterpiece of software in this help desk plugin.
The front end is simple and elegant… a customer’s dream.
The backend looks like the dashboard of an F18 fighter jet.
I’ll have some examples to show you soon.
I think answering support tickets has actually become fun.
